Return & Refund Policy

We do accept most items for return, repair or exchange (if available) within 30 days of receipt. However, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of previous payment or store credit.

Items must be returned in the exact condition received (unwashed, tags, stickers, etc. still attached). 

Personalized custom orders are not available for refunds or exchanges, thank you for understanding!

We do recommend selecting an insured mail service. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. Packages must be prepaid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding!
